Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to FreightPilot, operated by ZEDA's Group LTD. By using the website, account dashboard, Rate Calculator, OTR TMS, Oilfields TMS, Driver App, AI Assist, or related services, you agree to these Terms.

1. FreightPilot Services

FreightPilot currently includes account registration, subscription plan selection, a Rate Calculator, an over-the-road TMS workspace, an Oilfields TMS, a Driver App, AI-assisted tools, PWA install prompts, reporting, billing support, and support pages. Loadboards and Fracing TMS are shown as in-development products and may not be available for production use yet. Some features may be paused, restricted, or placed under maintenance while we improve them.

2. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account, company, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials, dashboard credentials, and driver credentials confidential. Separate login flows may exist for the main FreightPilot account, Oilfields TMS dashboard users, and Driver App users.

3. Plans, Trials, and Billing

The app currently shows plan options for Rate Calculator, Over-the-road Dispatch, Over-the-road Carrier and Carrier+, Oilfields TMS Carrier and Carrier+, Loadboards Broker and Carrier packages, and Fracing TMS Last Mile Ops packages. Some plans are billed monthly, some are billed per truck or per network truck, and trial periods vary by package. Prices, trials, taxes, and included features may change, and the checkout or written quote shown at the time of purchase controls if it differs from this page. Payments are processed through Stripe when checkout is configured. To cancel or adjust a subscription when self-service controls are not available, contact support.

4. Customer and Operational Data

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of data entered into FreightPilot, including load IDs, BOLs, BOL images, rates, driver details, truck and trailer records, customer or broker records, cost settings, dispatch notes, chat messages, GPS use, and billing information. You must have the rights and permissions needed to add or process that data in FreightPilot.

5. Driver App and Location Use

The Driver App may collect status updates, BOL details, BOL images, messages, preferred load requests, password changes, and GPS location when a driver grants permission. You are responsible for notifying drivers and obtaining any consent required by employment, contract, privacy, or transportation laws before using driver-tracking features.

6. AI, Rates, Maps, and Estimates

AI output, route context, map links, weather context, market estimates, cost estimates, billing calculations, and operational summaries are informational tools only. They are not legal, tax, financial, safety, compliance, or guaranteed pricing advice. You must independently verify rates, routes, permits, equipment limits, weather, safety, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations before acting.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse FreightPilot, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, submit unlawful or harmful content, scrape or reverse engineer the service, overload the system, or use FreightPilot to violate transportation, employment, privacy, sanctions, or other applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Services

FreightPilot may depend on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Maps, weather providers, hosting providers, browsers, device operating systems, and app-store or PWA platform features. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, terms, pricing, or data practices.

9. Intellectual Property

FreightPilot software, design, workflows, branding, content, and documentation are owned by ZEDA's Group LTD or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use FreightPilot for your internal business operations while you comply with these Terms.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, remove, or change features, plans, in-development products, APIs, data fields, integrations, and pricing. We may also perform maintenance or migrations that temporarily affect access.

11. Termination

You may stop using FreightPilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms FreightPilot or others.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

FreightPilot is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZEDA's Group LTD disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZEDA's Group LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, dispatch, billing, compliance, safety, or rate-decision damages arising from use of FreightPilot.
